Alza offers delivery of its goods, Zásilkovna provides the service to other e-shops and individuals among themselves. DoDo couriers will be able to deliver to the suitcase anything that the customer agrees with them via web chat or Facebook Messenger. The price in the case of Alza is 149 crowns.

After connecting the MyŠkoda application with a customer account on Alza.cz, when ordering via the web and the mobile application, simply check the “deliver to my car” option in the basket and select the day, time and approximate address where the vehicle will be parked. The service works similarly for the Mailbox and DoDo. When ordering via the web or mobile application, the customer of the Mail Order first orders a consignment to the address and then can redirect it to his car using an electronic form.

The in-car delivery service can be used by registered customers who own a Škoda car manufactured in 2019 or later, with the exception of Enyaq iV, Kamiq and Scala cars, for which the service will be available later.
Delivery by car is still possible in Prague and the surrounding area. The vehicle must be parked in a publicly accessible place and must not be hidden from the mobile signal so that it can be unlocked. The service does not only allow the delivery of excessive goods. However, the customer should always consider how full the boot of his vehicle is and whether the order will fit in it.
