The Dallas Mavericks prevented the early exit in the playoff semifinals against the Golden State Warriors. The Texans won against the San Francisco team 119-109 and went 3-1 in the best-of-7 series.
By the end of the third quarter, the Mavericks had a 29-point lead. When Dallas blew out a little too early in the final quarter, the Warriors closed the gap to within eight points with three minutes left. Golden State, the champion of 2015, 2017 and 2018, now has the next chance on Friday night in its own hall to make it into the NBA Finals perfect.
