The Dagba Foundation is celebrating the eighth edition of its Christmas campaign You don’t give toys, you give memories, in which it tries to collect more than 10 thousand toys for girls and boys from communities within Yucatan.

With the help of citizens and more than 30 companies, this year Dagba Foundation is trying to break the previous mark of 8 thousand toys with a collection of more than 10 thousand toys that will reach 40 communities in the Yucatan.

The resource collection period began on November 11 and will be valid until December 11. Girls and boys from zero to 11 years old will receive their gifts from 14 to 21 December.

Although they have been doing philanthropic work for 8 years, the Dagba Foundation was legally created three years ago, and is dedicated to carrying out various activities for social purposes.

Among its various programs are Contigo, which tries to distribute items such as donkeys, crutches and medicines for free; Magical hands, craft workshops for people seeking self-employment; the program Light for your eyes, which distributes glasses to people who need them; Chatting in your town, which tries to generate values ​​through comedy shows; the Together with your family program, which distributes food to families in communities and another program on comprehensive care for older adults.
