The free online shooter The Cycle: Frontier by the authors of Spec Ops: The Line will close on September 27th. About it creators announced on social mediaheartily thanking the players for their support.
The author toldthat early testing was a success, and the release version was popular with streamers: due to the abundance of players, infrastructure had to be built up. Alas, this did not last long, because after a while the leveling of the audience came, and the servers were flooded with cheaters.
Items can no longer be purchased in-game with real money, but funds spent after June 14, 2023 can be refunded.
Daily and weekly promotions have received 95% discounts, and the season pass has become free. The overall progress of character development has also been accelerated.
The developers really wanted to make it possible to play The Cycle: Frontier without the Internet or on dedicated servers, but, alas, this is not possible. Studio Yager uses all the accumulated experience to create new games.
