The Culture Missione Comune 2024 call is now underway.
The Institute for Sports and Cultural Credit SpA makes available to the Municipalities, the Unions of Municipalities, the Municipalities in associated form, the Metropolitan Cities, the Provinces and the Regions a credit limit 30 million euros for fixed rate cultural heritage mortgages to be stipulated by 31 December 2024 with the possibility of obtaining a total reduction in interest for loans with a duration of up to 10 years.
Culture Mission Municipality finances interventions prevention, maintenance and restoration, protection, conservation, safeguarding and enhancement of the cultural heritage to ensure the best conditions for its use and public enjoyment.
Furthermore, the recovery, restoration, expansion, equipment, improvement, energy efficiency, removal of architectural barriers and upgrading of properties belonging to cultural heritage, and digitalisation interventions.
I Municipalities who will apply by 12 December 2024 they will be able to take out mortgages with a completely reduced interest rate up to 10 years or they will be able to extend the contribution over several years and extend the duration of the mortgage.
