In Beijing, the Chinese government has managed to restore the relationship between two enemy brothers, Iran and Saudi Arabia. Chinese President Xi Jinping’s recent visit to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin a few days ago raised the possibility that China is playing the middleman between the two belligerents, Russia and Ukraine.
