The situation is as follows: Belarus is importing migrants from the Middle East to Minsk. Soldiers follow them to the border with Poland. There they are pushed into the EU. Poland is pushing them back. These are so-called “push-backs”, illegal according to the asylum law. No one knows exactly how many people are trapped in the border area, probably a few thousand.
