It was already a year in the waves of the pandemic, when the first countries introduced the so-called Covid-19 certificates in the spring of this year in order to awaken the global economy. It was not long before a document offering various benefits became a black market commodity.
Proof that a person has been vaccinated or successfully contracted a deadly disease was, first of all, a salvation from countries dependent on foreign tourism, such as Greece and the Seychelles. Seychelles was one of the first to accept Covid-19 vaccination certificates issued by any country before the certificates were drawn up in the name of attracting tourism. Such assurances soon became a requirement for several global airlines to board the aircraft.
