The lawyer, notary public and writer Carlos Ral Nayi jumped to national consideration with a recent interview published by Perfil magazine where he is highlighted as a benchmark in the work of building Justice.
The head of the Law Firm that bears his name opened its doors in 1983 has built his career on the basis of trust and honesty of principles. Without wavering in his convictions, he has contributed to the strengthening of trust in Justice, offering from the absolute human and technical commitment, unconditional attention to the victims and victims of limited resources, in a gesture that reflects his Christian faith and empathy, says the magazine Profile.
Nayi has published four books: Reflections on contemporary criminal law, Every day criminal law, CORRADINI: Until death do us part, qualifying the sequence of a criminal story that reveals the inauguration of the hitman in the Argentine Republic and being remembered as the gangster crime cone; and, finally, Focus on criminal legal dogmatics.
In his daily fight for Justice he is accompanied by a team of fourteen people with whom he has sponsored families of victims of complex crimes and assisted as private plaintiffs in cases of femicide such as Katherine Saavedra, Melisa Moyano, Carla Anabella Oviedo, Cristina Rodrguez, Wanda Navarro, among others. It is noteworthy that Dr. Nayi was the first lawyer who, together with his team, obtained the first conviction in Cordoba for qualified homicide for femicide to the detriment of Julia Torres. In the same way, he has faced cases of illegal detentions and easy trigger, such as Commissioner Mrquez and Franco Amaya, respectively. He has also defended the environment by representing the victims of Barrio Ituzaing or the explosion of the Raponi Chemical, in Barrio Alta Crdoba.
