Today, Monday, the Official Gazette published the ruling of the First Circuit Criminal Court, headed by adviser Mustafa Ahmed Moawad, to include Moataz Matar, Sami Kamal and others on the terrorist lists for a period of 5 years.
The court also decided to make the defendants in Case No. 626 of 2021 limiting the Supreme State Security to terrorist lists, for a period of 5 years from the date of issue of the decision with the consequences thereof.
The court decided to include 19 defendants in case no. 301 of 2016 and in case no. 1516 of 1016 in southern Giza on the terrorist lists.
