In this new work of fiction, Mario Cuenca presents the psychological issue of the Ark children. “The novel is organized as a kind of conference where the psychologist examines the case of the children and the accused mother to explain the origin of the violence. The crimes (committed by these savage children) are not described, but they are described. It is assumed that everyone knows them through the media,” said the writer.

Regarding the motivation for writing this work, the author explains that « he tried to analyze the psychological origin of violence, why we are able to destroy others. The most classic thesis is that we have a natural aggression, but I thought that this explanation is not enough. To destroy another, you have to build a story about what they are like and why they are a legitimate target for my violence,” he said. In Aurora Q., Those studied are “two children lost on a mountain, abandoned, and the story that works in their heads Hansel and Gretel. They seek refuge and believe that those who take care of them are like the witch who licks them to kill them,” says Mario Cuenca.

Other presentations were made this past Saturday Juan Bernier or the independent branch (Cultural Center Generation 27), by Daniel García, and that of The innocent (Destino), a new novel by María Oruña within the successful series Hidden Harbor Bookswhose performance has achieved a full audience.
