A Russian An-26 transport plane of the Air Force has crashed in the Voronezh region. His crew died. This was announced on Thursday evening by the Western Military District, quoted by “Interfax”.
“An An-26 plane of the Russian Air Force crashed during a planned flight to transport military equipment in the Voronezh region on February 24. The crew was killed,” the statement said. There is no damage to the ground. Preliminary findings show that the accident may have been caused by mechanical damage“, the statement said.
