As seen detikcom, the band players at the music concert did not appear to be wearing masks. In the video, a number of viewers can be seen crowding the location.

“Reports related to crowd violations recently received by the Task Force will be used as input for policy modification. However, the best possible policy is made, there must be a supportive attitude from the community,” said Wiku.
“In this period of public health emergencies, it is not a time to blame each other, but please use it as material for future evaluation to cooperate with each other,” he added.

He then highlighted the role of the regional level COVID-19 handling task force. Wiku reminded that the threat of COVID-19 does not only apply to one person, but can infect the closest people.
“The regional task forces formulate policies and take preventive measures, develop and monitor and periodically evaluate the handling of COVID-19. Meanwhile, the organizers of socio-economic and community activities with a full sense of responsibility comply with their policies,” he said.
