Jakarta – The COVID-19 pandemic has afflicted the republic for almost a year. Practically, any activity that involves the crowd is limited.
However, it seems that lovers of the legendary Toyota car brand, have their own way of maintaining communication among community members.
The idea to strengthen this friendship came from Auto2000 as the official Toyota dealer in Indonesia. They are trying to keep the bonds of friendship by holding virtual events with the community through the Zoom application, Friday, February 19, 2021.
According to CSD & Marcomm Dept. Auto2000, M. Ichwanudin, the Toyota lovers community is an integral part of the development of Auto2000 as the largest Toyota dealer in Indonesia.
“The Toyota Owner Club (TOC) has a great contribution in providing input regarding the development of Auto2000 services to suit the needs of AutoFamily and its close partners in implementing various Auto2000 programs,” said M. Ichwanudin in a written statement to BantenHits.com.
At the event entitled Auto2000 Community Family: Casual Chat Early in the Auto2000 Year & the Toyota Community, a presentation was made of the Auto2000 program which will involve members of the Toyota community such as Make Indonesia Green Again and the introduction of the new Auto2000 management.
“In addition, there are also discussion activities with the community to get input related to programs or services needed by AutoFamily so far,” he explained.
In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the TOC members who attended virtually came from ALTIC (Altis Indonesia Community), AXIC (Avanza Xenia Indonesia Club), GCC (Great Corolla Club), IC (Innova Community), ID42NER (Toyota Fortuner Club of Indonesia) , IKC (Indonesian Kijang Club), ISC (Indonesian Starlet Club), KTCI (Toyota Calya Indonesia Community), TAC (Toyota Agya Club), TERUCI (Terios Rush Club Indonesia), TEVCI (Toyota Etios Valco Club Indonesia), TKCI (Toyota Kijang Club Indonesia), TOSCA (Toyota Sienta Community Indonesia), TSC (Toyota Soluna Community), TSVC (Toyota Soluna Vios Club), TVCI (Toyota Vios Club Indonesia), TYCI (Toyota Yaris Club Indonesia), and Velozity (Veloz Community) .

PPnBM Discount Plan
One of the topics discussed in the discussion with TOC members, M. Ichwanudin continued, was regarding the government regulation to provide a reduction in the Value Added Tax for Luxury Goods (PPNbBM) for the purchase of new cars in the country.
“From the information in the scheme, not all types of cars get tax relief. The PPnBM relaxation policy only applies to CKD models with an engine capacity of less than 1,500 cc and containing more than 70% local components, “he explained.
