The court sentenced the schoolchildren who attacked the cashier in Lutsk

The Lutsk City Court sentenced three guys to a suspended sentence of two years for beating up an employee of the checkout counter in the Sem23 supermarket. The defendants turned out to be underage students of two lyceums.

Reported by journalists editions “Volynskie novosti”, referring to the decision announced in the meeting room. It is known that the defendants had a conflict with two cashiers and another man.

“According to the materials of the case, the attackers beat the cashiers in the stomach, in the face, and dragged them by the hair. As a result, only one victim of teenage aggression received real injuries, and it was he who was the victim in court,” the message says.

The defendants admitted their guilt and involvement in the crime committed. Two of them have already had a criminal record.

The victim himself signed a statement, according to which he has no claims to his offenders. The judge, taking into account all the nuances of the case and the age of the defendants, passed a sentence that allows the teenagers to continue their studies at the lyceum.

As OBOZREVATEL previously reported, in Kiev, the attacker beat up the landlord, into which he entered under the guise of a social worker.
