Zsuzs was ordered by the court to release Zsuzs after the acquittal verdict in the case of Kuciak’s murder. However, she was immediately detained by police at the exit from the Leopoldov prison. The prosecutor then filed for detention.

Criminal investigators suspect Zsuzsová of participating in the preparation of the unfinished murders of two elite prosecutors and the former Minister of the Interior and Justice, the current lawyer Daniel Lipšic, who represented the parents of the shot reporter in the case of Kuciak’s murder.

Zsuzs was in court also for the murder of the mayor

This spring, Zsuzsová also appeared in court in a case in which, together with other defendants, the prosecutor’s office accuses her of involvement in the murder of the former mayor of the South Slovak town of Hurbanovo, László Basternák. He was shot ten years ago.

Zsuzs is known to businessman Marian Kočner, who was acquitted by the court on Thursday of ordering Kuciak’s murder. According to the prosecutor, who immediately appealed against the acquittal verdict, Zsuzs took the order for murder from Kočner for a financial reward and contacted another mediator.

He confessed to the act as well as the shooter. Kočner is in custody in the case of counterfeiting bills of exchange, in which he was so far illegally sentenced to a prison sentence of nineteen years in February this year.
