Lawyer Alexey Shevchuk published a copy of the court order.

“The ruling can be appealed to the Kiev Court of Appeal through the Brovarsky City District Court of the Kiev Region within seven days from the date of its announcement,” the document says.

As a reminder, April 16, 2019 Brovarsky court ruled to release from custody of Ruban and Savchenko, who were in custody for over a year.
