He faces 1,324 years in prison for tricking 98 minors into having sex

The Provincial Court of Madrid will hold the trial against an alleged pedophile who managed to dupe 98 minors through social networks or the WhatsApp application to have sexual relations of a different nature, behind closed doors, they have informed Europe Press legal sources.

In his indictment, the prosecutor asks the accused for 1,324 years in prison and charges him with up to twelve different crimes of child pornography, sexual abuse, cyberbullying and corruption of minors, among others.

The Prosecutor’s Office emphasizes that through social networks such as Instagram, WhatsApp groups, “or others of a similar nature”, JASS contacted minors under 16 with the intention of having sexual contacts of a different nature with them.

On some occasions, she pretended to be an underage girl named Lorena with whom the minors had conversations of a sexual nature.

Once he had gained their trust, he would send them photos and videos of an underage girl who was naked and masturbating and, in turn, “with a libidinous spirit”, he asked the minors to send him photos and videos that were naked and masturbating, “which accessed the defendant’s request under the guise of talking to an underage girl”.

SEXUAL ENCOUNTERS

Once the deception was consolidated, on some occasions she sought to have a sexual encounter with the minors to whom she proposed to have a threesome with her and with a supposed friend of hers “who would be the accused himself.” In this way he managed to trick them “taking advantage of the lack of maturity of the victims, all of them under 16 years of age.”

Later, during these conversations, the defendant went on to ask them “very insistently” to meet directly with that friend to have sexual relations with him if they wanted to meet Lorena.

In this way he managed to break the will of his victims, “even in some cases offering money or gifts to minors so that they would agree to it.” On more than one occasion, his tactic had the desired success since the minors agreed to have consensual sex with JASS.

During these appointments, “the minors and the accused mutually masturbated, fellatio, and in some cases the accused even penetrated them.”

On other occasions, the accused presented himself on social networks as a young minor, thus also managing to trick some minors under 16 years of age with whom he exchanged messages of a sexual nature and photographic and video files in which both the accused as minors exhibited their genitals and masturbated.

Through this channel, the accused also proposed that they meet to have a sexual encounter, in some cases offering them money or gifts to carry out these sexual practices, achieving it on occasions in which the minors agreed to have consensual sexual relations with the accused.

In other cases, the defendant presented himself directly to the minors as a man of legal age, “in this way also gaining the trust of the minors and maintaining with them an exchange of messages of a sexual nature and photos and videos in which both the accused as the minors appeared naked and masturbating, insistently proposing them to arrange a sexual encounter, which sometimes took place, the minors having consensual sexual relations with the accused”.

With regard to the interrogation of minors, the Prosecutor’s Office is interested in adopting the measures provided for in the Law of Criminal Procedure to avoid “visual confrontation with the accused, using any technical means that makes it possible to carry out this evidence, such as video conference or other similar system that allows bidirectional and simultaneous communication of image and sound”.

ALLOCATIONS

The prosecutor charges him with a total of 98 crimes of using a minor for pornographic or exhibitionist purposes and/or for the production of child pornography in its aggravated form of minors under 16 years of age, at a rate of 8 eight years in prison for each of them. .

He is also accused of 74 crimes of dissemination of pornography to a minor, reason for one year in prison for each of them; 25 crimes of indecent exposure at the rate of one year in prison for each of them; 44 crimes of cyberbullying by telematic means to a minor under 16 years of age with the use of deception, at the rate of two years and six months in prison for each of them; and a crime of cyberbullying by telematic means to a minor under 16 years of age with the use of intimidation, at the rate of two years and six months in prison.

Similarly, 14 crimes of cyberbullying by telematics are charged to a minor under 16 years of age, at a rate of two years and six months for each of them; 15 crimes of prostitution on minors under 16 years of age, at a rate of 15 years in prison for each of them; and 5 crimes of sexual abuse of minors under 16 years of age with anal or oral penetration, at a rate of twelve years in prison for each of them.

Finally, he is also accused of 8 crimes of continued sexual abuse of a minor under 16 years of age with anal or oral penetration, at a rate of 15 years in prison for each of them; 3 crimes of sexual abuse of minors under 16 years of age, at a rate of six years in prison for each of them; 2 continued crimes of sexual abuse of minors under 16 years of age, at a rate of six years in prison for each of them; and a crime of corruption of minors (possession or possession of child pornography), at the rate of one year.
