However, in 2018 the administrative court annulled the decision of the district social security administration and granted Jindřich S. his disability back when he relied on the conclusions of the mentioned assessment commission (MLSA), at which he had an opinion prepared. The case of Jindřich S. has already been heard by the court earlier. “As an actor, supported by false medical reports, he received a full disability pension, illegally received a sickness benefit, and still collected money from insurance policies,” the prosecutor said. In total, insurance companies and the social security administration had to unjustifiably pay him two and a half million crowns. He faces up to 10 years in prison for fraud and forgery of medical reports.
