The court decided to seize Yatsenko’s $ 3 million in a deposit account with Monobank.

“And this is all in addition to the arrest already imposed by the investigating judge on eight residential buildings, two apartments, a garage, 20 land plots, six cars, two trailers, a ship and corporate rights in PJSC UAPKT Ukrstalproyekt in the amount of 8.13%”, – clarified at the Anti-Corruption Center.

It is noted that judge Inna Kalugina expressed a dissenting opinion regarding the seizure of corporate rights.
