The couple Kylen (24) and Crystal (38) felt persecuted – found killed

It was Wednesday that 24-year-old Kylen Schulte and her wife Crystal Turner were found shot and killed at a campground in the state of Utah. They had been reported missing after they did not show up for work two days in a row, the news channel reports Fox 13.

Friends tell of a happy newlyweds who had decided to exchange an apartment with a campervan and live around the area. It was a friend of the couple who found them shot and killed at the campsite they stayed at.

– A man snuck up on them

According to Schulte’s aunt, Bridget Calvert, the women had planned to pack their bags and drive to another location after discovering that someone was following them.

– They said they would pack the things and move to another campsite because a man snuck around them and scared them, Calvert tells New York Post. The photo at the top of the case is shared with the consent of Calvert.

It was her friend Cindy Sue Hunter who found the women killed. They had been out at a bar together when the couple had expressed their fears and anxieties about a person they had observed several times around their campervan.

“Get away from there”

When Kylen’s father Sean-Paul Schulte told Hunter that her friends were missing, the friend feared the worst. With Schulte’s father on the phone, Hunter went up to the campsite. There she found 24-year-old Schulte dead with obvious injuries. Terrified, Hunter told Schulte’s father what she had seen, she tells the newspaper Moab Times.

– He asked me to get back to my car, roll up the windows and lock the doors. “Get out of there, get out of there,” Hunter says Schulte’s father said over the phone.

Police arrived at the scene shortly after and found both women dead. No one has yet been arrested in the case.
