He also said US-supplied weapons could be used to attack Crimea.

Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin previously said that the situation in Russia’s “new territory” would stabilize.

Putin also signed a bill formally annexing the four regions of Ukraine, namely Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson.
