“It’s actually going really well here”, Linda begins the message to her followers. Every morning her partner asks Rolf how she is doing. “I now answer: good. But I said to him this morning that it does not mean that things are actually going well. It is all getting used to, the things that are going a little less.”
Linda has a reduced condition due to the disease and chemotherapy, always painful eyes and a rash as an allergic reaction to the chemo. “I don’t even really feel those things anymore. It belongs to me in a crazy way now. Then everything else just feels pretty good and that’s nice actually.”

“Furthermore, it feels great to say that I only need three chemos. It is now a countdown,” she says with relief. “Three chemos is still a mountain, but I am sixteen. Sixteen! It is now time to celebrate the first hurdle I took.”
Another hospital appointment is scheduled for tomorrow. Every time the question is whether Linda can get the chemotherapy. “My blood tests are often low,” she explains. “I have almost no immune system, so it’s always exciting if I can get it. Anyway, I’m going to hope again. Then I can say: only two more chemos.”

Linda has deteriorated rapidly during her chemotherapy. She talks about it openly in the video below.
