Gums that recede.

Yellowing of the teeth.

Weak and easy to break teeth.

Proper way to brush your teeth

The American Dental Association has recommended dental cleaning according to the following guidelines:

Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to protect your gums from infection, injury, and bleeding when brushing.

Replace your toothbrush every 3 to 4 months or sooner if the bristles are worn.

Rely on a toothbrush that adapts to your teeth and their shape for easy and effective cleaning.

Place the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to the gums.

Gently move the brush back and forth.

Cleaning of the external and internal surfaces of the teeth.

Move the brush up and down to clean the front, upper and lower teeth.

Brush your teeth twice a day, for two minutes each time, to prevent plaque, such as plaque and tartar, from building up on their outer surface.

Use a fluoride-rich toothpaste.
