The Corona test donation campaign, in cooperation with dm-drogerie markt GmbH

The Corona regulation for child and youth work as well as youth social work prescribes Covid tests for children and youth recreational measures during the summer holidays. We are very pleased that, at our request, dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG is donating free corona self-tests for those responsible for recreational activities for children and young people in Baden-Württemberg.

First the fine print 😉

To the procedure

• From July 20th, 2021, 11:00 a.m. up to and including Sunday, July 25th, 2021, we will receive your requirement notifications and forward them to dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG together with the data entered below.
• Please inform as soon as possible all of your subdivisions that offer recreation on the outskirts, forest homes, holiday and tent camps in summer 2021. There is little time left to register your needs.
• From 29.7. the donation recipients receive an info mail from dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG, in which dm-Markt they can pick up the sent corona self-tests. Please check your spam folder regularly to be on the safe side!
• From July 30th, the tests can be picked up in the allocated dm-Markt (depending on the amount requested, it can take up to 14 days before the donation can be picked up).
• If you order for several free time in different places, please make individual orders.

Please note! Unfortunately, we cannot give you a “delivery date” or guarantee that orders will be ready for collection by the 30th at all locations. If in doubt: order the test kits for the 2nd, 3rd, x. Test run with us and get them for the 1st elsewhere.

And two more important notes:

• We have extrapolated the total volume and are currently assuming that all inquiries can be met. However, if the requested requirements exceed the calculated total volume, dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG may not be able to meet the reported requirements 100%.
• The dm-drogerie markt GmbH + Co. KG would like a donation receipt from you. Please clarify how and by whom a donation receipt will be issued in your organization. With the info mail to the donation recipients, you will be informed where the donation receipt has to be sent.

What should I enter?

• First enter the number of test kits required. If you are unsure how many you need, refer to the Joint Recommendations / Planning Framework (p. 4)
• Then select the date on which you need or can pick up the test kits. This is important so that the free time periods that take place at the beginning of the summer vacation get their test kits in good time – because with a large number of orders, not everything can be delivered at the same time.
• Confirm your selection by clicking on the green box. The time span there has no meaning for your booking, it is only relevant for the booking system.
• Enter your contact details – this is important for any inquiries.
• Enter the club / organizer on site, including the contact person – this is important for the collection. Important! If you cannot pick up the test kits at your leisure location, please indicate the location where the test kits should go instead!
• Then enter your umbrella organization (ideally state level) so that we can assign your free time. Alternatively, give your city or district youth association.
• At the end of the day, you and the on-site contact person will receive an email confirming that we have received your request.
