This is Jynx, Pokémon number 124 in the Pokédex. Since its first appearances in the anime, this ice-type and psychic creature has enraged viewers due to its peculiar appearance. The main complaints about this humanoid Pokémon from the first generation is that it resembles a woman with long blonde hair, wearing a dress. However, this part is not exactly what has caused a large number of chapters to be removed from transmission.
Jynx’s original design gave it black skin and in combination with its exaggerated facial features, the Pokémon accidentally came to resemble racial stereotypes of African Americans from the early 20th century.
