Today, artist Ahmed El-Fishawy celebrates his 43rd birthday.
He is the son of an artistic family. His father is the late artist Farouk El-Fishawy and his mother is the artist Somaya Al-Alfi. She began acting in his childhood, then disappeared for years and returned in 2000 to participate in the series “The Face of the Moon” with Faten Hamama.
He starred on television in 2004 with the series “Afaret al-Sayyala,” and in 2005 he starred in his first cinematic film in the film “The Seventh Sense.”
He sparked a lot of controversy because of his personal life, which was always a topic of discussion in the media. The beginning was in 2003, when the interior designer Hind Al-Hinnawi announced that she was married to Ahmed Al-Fishawy, according to common law, and that she was pregnant, and he did not want to acknowledge the child. She asked him to undergo a DNA analysis, but he refused. Then in 2006, Ahmed Al-Fishawy relented and performed the procedure. A DNA analysis confirmed his paternity to the child, “Lina,” who is now a young woman.
Ahmed Al-Fishawy went through many stages in his life, during which time Al-Fishawy became religious and was greatly influenced by the programs and ideas of the Islamic preacher Amr Khaled. He said about this period: “I lived the stage of religiosity for a while because I loved learning, and I reached the stage of extremism because I was researching religion in a deep way, and this experience affected me.” .
After the period of religiosity, he changed a lot and things reached the stage of drinking drugs. On this subject, he said: “I tried all kinds of drugs, but I did not try cocaine or any of the heavy types.”
The “tattoo” covers Ahmed Al-Fishawy’s body, and he previously said about this matter that he enjoys the pain he feels while drawing the tattoo.
