With his hands behind his back and escorted by police officers, American rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested last Monday in New York on charges of extortion, forced sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
This is according to the indictment, led by prosecutor Damian Williams. According to the indictment, Diddy allegedly abused his victims using “employees, resources and influence” from the giant business empire he built over the years.
According to the statement, the rapper created “a criminal enterprise where its members and associates engaged and attempted to engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.”
To gather this information, authorities raided Diddy’s luxury mansion in Beverly Hills, where he celebrated his birthday party two years ago with celebrities such as Jay-Z, Travis Scott, Chris Brown, Machine Gun Kelly, among others.
There, as he recounted BBC Worldthey found “items” that were intended to be used in orgies, also known as “freak offs”: among them, drugs and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil were found.
Diddy will now have to face justice, while other accusations from ex-partners and women continue to weigh on him.

Despite authorities claiming to have evidence proving all the accusations, Diddy pleaded not guilty on Tuesday, September 17. At the same time, his lawyer Marc Agnifilo said he was “disappointed” by the arrest and also insisted on his client’s innocence.
It is the same position that both have taken, after other similar accusations of assault and sexual abuse were presented against them in recent months.
In November 2023, his ex-partner of more than ten years, Cassandra Ventura —also known as Cassie—, filed a civil lawsuit against the rapper and accused him of having used his power to “lay the foundation for a manipulative and coercive romantic and sexual relationship.”
The singer claimed Diddy would “regularly hit and kick her, leaving her with black eyes, bruises and blood.” Her account included accusations of sexual abuse and rape, incidents witnessed by her “wildly loyal network” who were unwilling to defend her and stop the violence.
The woman also provided information about the orgies known as “freak offs,” which lasted several days at a time and where drugs were everywhere. According to the complaint, it was on these occasions that Diddy would force women to participate and, in addition, he would film them “for his own pleasure.”
According to a BBC report, the case was settled “for an undisclosed amount of money” and rapper Combs maintained his innocence.

However, after Cassie’s accusations, other women decided to speak out and denounce sexual assaults and rapes by the tycoon dating back as far as 1991.
In all, there were at least four other complaints, including one from Liza Gardner, a woman who accused Diddy of raping her and her friend when she was 16, more than 30 years ago. In her lawsuit, she said he was violent and that days after the attack, he strangled her so hard that she passed out.

A few months later, the fourth victim came forward: a woman named Jane Doe who claimed to have been “sex trafficked” and “gang raped” by Diddy, Harve Pierre (former president of Bad Boy Records) and another man, when she was 17 years old.
P. Diddy and his representative have claimed that the allegations were a “desperate attempt at financial gain” by the victims.
Now, following his arrest, the Prosecutor’s Office has detailed that there are more complaints of forced sexual trafficking and sexual assault.
In February 2024, former producer Rodney Jones Jr. stated that Diddy made “unwanted sexual advances” and attempted to manipulate him into having sex with other people.
Due to the seriousness of the charges he faces, the judge in charge of his case denied the possibility of him being released from prison on bail.
Following Sean Combs’ arrest, social media has begun linking Diddy and his alleged abuses to other stars in the industry.
Among them, the most talked about is the alleged relationship she had with Justin Bieber.
This, because in the book Kim’s Lost Wordspublished by an author who was reportedly close to Diddy’s ex-wife, Kim Porter — who died in 2018 — claimed that the woman had discovered videos proving sexual abuse by the rapper and that, among them, there was “a famous singer, when he was still a minor.”

Additionally, a scene from the reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians took over the networks: it is a clip from 2024 where Khloe Kardashian says that she attended one of Diddy’s parties and assured that “half of the people who were there were naked.”
And when her sister Kourtney asked her who was at the party, she said, “Diddy, Quincy and Bieber.”
At the time, the Somebody to Love singer was only 20 years old.
However, Bieber has decided not to comment (so far) on the case. According to the entertainment media, TMZis “very aware of all the accusations surrounding Diddy.”
Also, according to a close source who spoke with PeopleBieber “has decided to focus on his wife Hailey and his young son, Jack Blues.”
