Thai king misses own coronation party and goes to King Charles’s (and does so in exaggerated luxury)
Big party in Thailand, where Thursday is the day of the coronation of King Vajiralongkorn (70) is celebrated. The palace announced that numerous ceremonies and a state reception are planned. Celebrations where the monarch is missing, because Vajiralongkorn sends his cat and heads to London for that other coronation, that of King Charles. The umpteenth provocative act of the Thai king, although he caused quite a stir this week anyway.
