The municipal meeting in November 2022 approved the loan for the renovation of Streumattweg and Sonnenrainweg with a total loan of 1,242,000 francs.
The builder’s share is around 760,000 francs. Ten companies submitted an offer in response to the public tender.
The price range from the cheapest to the most expensive offer results in a difference of over 440,000 francs, the difference to the second best offer is still around 140,000 francs.
The order went to the cheapest provider
The offers were checked in detail for accuracy and evaluated according to the award criteria.
The contract was awarded to the cheapest provider for 533,223.55 francs and was therefore well below the loan assumptions.
All providers are well-known and long-standing civil engineering companies.
