The Contest for the 2024 Presidential Election Concludes 3 Axis, the Highest PDIP Electability According to the CigMark Survey

TRIBUNNEWS.COM – The contestation for the 2024 Presidential General Election (Pilpres) is increasingly converging on three axes.

According to the predictions of the Indonesian Survey Circle (LSI) Denny JA on May 24-7 June 2022, the three axes will carry candidate pairs of presidential candidates (candidates) and vice presidential candidates (cawapres).

LSI researcher Denny JA, Ardian Sopa, said the three axes came from parties and party coalitions that had reached the 20 percent presidential threshold.

PDIP is quite strong because it won 128 seats in the legislature or equivalent to a percentage of 22.6 percent.

The second axis is the United Indonesia Coalition (KIB) which consists of the Golkar Party, the National Mandate Party (PAN), and the United Development Party (PPP).

With each seat in the DPR as many as 85 seats, 44 seats, and 19 seats.

When combined, the total percentage of the three is 25.73 percent.

Furthermore, the third axis is the Party Gerindra with the rest of the parties that have not joined in any coalition.

Gerindra is the party with the third largest number of seats in the DPR, amounting to 78 seats or equivalent to 13.57 percent.
