The consultation on the T9 project is organized in two stages over the first half of 2022.
- Time 1, January – February: Restitution of the consultation and additional exchanges.
- Time 2, March – April: Exchanges on the detailed project.
Villeurbannaises and villeurbannais are invited to participate in these times of exchange and consultation around three dates:
- Friday, January 28, 2022, from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., rue Bellecombe.
Sytral is organizing a meeting with the local residents and shopkeepers of rue Bellecombe, who were not very heard during the prior consultation, to gather their expectations and initial opinions on the project. Rue Bellecombe being the starting street and also the terminus of the line and therefore where the tram will maneuver to go back in the opposite direction. The prior consultation had not gone into this subject in depth.
This is an exchange meeting between the inhabitants and the project team. Elected officials are invited to join if they wish and can to hear the questions, the insertion on rue Bellecombe will have been the subject of a preliminary presentation in an elected workshop on January 18th. The feedback from this afternoon of consultation will be the subject of a restitution to the steering committee on February 3, for arbitration of the integration on rue Bellecombe.
- Tuesday, February 1, 2022, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. – by video.
At the request of the National Commission for Public Debate, Sytral is organizing a meeting to report on the conclusions of the preliminary consultation carried out from August 23 to October 23 on the T9 project to close time 1.
This public meeting will be held by videoconference.
- Saturday March 19, 2022 (time and place to be determined)
The highlight of the second sequence will be a “forum” day of exchanges around the detailed project with focus on the Saint-Jean and Buers Croix Luizet sectors + the footbridge between the 2. The place and the practical methods remain to be defined. Several options are being studied: 1 with unity of time and place and 1 other in roaming.
