The construction site of the future Lidl store will soon resume at Blangy-sur-Bresle (Seine Maritime)
Since mid-July, a pallet with some materials has been installed in the middle of the land located at the exit of the highway A28.
“Open in the first quarter of 2023”
“We should be able to resume work in the fall. Our goal is to open first quarter 2023 » indicates the real estate manager of the project.
Work suspended for more than a year
As a reminder, after validation of the application for the building permit on 6 avril 2020the construction site was launched on June 8. But two appeals filed by the Super U brand (the June 24) and the association of friends of the mill of the domain of Penthièvre (the September 26) have stopped work.
The administrative court of Rouen has rendered its verdict. On April 7, he authorized the resumption of work. The project therefore seems to be on the right track. “And if there is an appeal of this decision, it would not be suspensive and the construction site could still resume” says Mayor Éric Arnoux.
