This was announced by the Chairman of the Board of the Road Infrastructure Agency, Lazar Lazarov, at a meeting with the head of the contractor – company AM “Cherno More” JSC Dimo Dimov and the vice president of the KNSB Valentin Nikiforov at the road agency. The agency currently owes BGN 8 million for three certificates received by the company for activities performed.
We are looking for opportunities to provide at least those funds with which the contractor can pay the wages of the workers on the site, emphasized the deputy present at the meeting. Construction Minister Angel Petrov. Lazarov and Petrov have emphasized that the state has not given up on the site, but due to the unforeseen targeted funding in the budget and the state of the state, the only way out is to temporarily freeze it. On Thursday, representatives of the contractor, the unions and the state will have a meeting with the Ministry of Finance to discuss again the possibilities of securing money to continue construction.
