Puertollano has been the scene of the premiere of the composition “Canto a Castilla La Mancha”, written by Jose Zarate, in an extraordinary concert at the Municipal Auditorium on the 40th anniversary of the Statute of Autonomy.
A premiere performed by the Puertollano Music Band Association, under the baton of José Manuel García Pozuelo, and the professional teaching choir of the Pablo Sorozábal Conservatory of Puertollano, directed by the professor Nieves Ramírez.
A debu attended by the mayor, Adolfo Muñiz, who has underlined that Zarate has chosen Puertollano to share this composition with an audience closely linked to music thanks to the intense teaching work carried out by the Professional Conservatory with the permanent training of new generations and through the programming of the Municipal Auditorium.
A Song to Castilla-La Mancha that is born from emotion as a personal offering by the author who has been inspired by this territory and its cultural diversity.
