The war between Israel and Hamas, the group that controls the Gaza Strip, has ended in another ceasefire. But the fighting is only the last chapter in a conflict that has lasted for a hundred years. It is a story of colonial rule, genocide and two peoples’ dream of their own state on the same land.
The last matches lasted from 10 to 21 May. Hamas rocket fire killed 13 people in Israel and several Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
