The conditions of the three children with hemolytic uremic syndrome are stable – doctors announce.

Two of them are hospitalized in the “Marie Curie” hospital in the capital and one in Iasi.

According to doctors in Bucharest, the 1 year and 8 month old girl from Pitesti has been transferred to the Department of Nephrology and continues to undergo dialysis.

The other girl, 2 years and 4 months, brought from Sfântu Gheorghe, 3 weeks ago, has a favorable evolution.

And at the Pediatric Hospital of Iasi, in the Intensive Care Unit, a 1 year and 2 month old boy from Bacău is undergoing dialysis.

The Ministry of Health draws the attention of parents, once again, to respect for the rules of personal hygiene and the purchase of food from authorized sources and the pasteurization of dairy products.

The director of Radio Romania Actuale, Marilena Frâncu, recalls that, at the beginning of the year, 18 children, mostly from Argeş county, were hospitalized for haemolytic uremic syndrome, three of whom died.
