BOLASPORT.COM – The coach of the Myanmar U-23 National Team, Velizar Popov, strongly criticized the quality of the training field SEA Games 2021 which is not suitable for use.
The Myanmar U-23 national team squad became the first contestant for soccer to arrive at the venue SEA Games 2021 in Vietnam.
They landed at Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi, Vietnam, on Sunday (1/5/2022) afternoon.
Even though he had just arrived, Velizar Popov and his troops immediately launched joint training a few hours later.
The practice took place at the Tam Nong District Stadium, which is 20 km from the center of Viet Tri, Phu Tho.

After the training ended, Velizar expressed dissatisfaction with the condition of the field where his team trained.
“Hopefully starting tomorrow, the committee will set us up in a better training ground,” Velizar Popov was quoted as saying by Zing News.
The condition of the field looks apprehensive because there are many spots where the grass is dry and not green.
This indicates that the field has not been prepared optimally by the organizers for the 2021 SEA Games.
