The complete list of 60 choices!

Good evening everyone and welcome to the 2019 Draft ceremony!

  • FIRST CHOICE: ZION WILLIAMSON (NEW ORLEANS PELICANS)

Without surprise, Zion Williamson is the first choice of the 2019 Draft! After months of hype and speculation about the explosion he will bring to the NBA, he is finally a player of the big league! After dominating the NCAA in the Duke Blue Devils, he will have to prove that the hype is justified among the Pelicans.

  • SECOND CHOICE: JA MORANT (MEMPHIS GRIZZLIES)

As announced here too, Ja Morant joins the Grizzlies well. The transfer of Mike Conley Utah yesterday left no room for doubt, and logic is respected. Ja Morant will therefore be responsible for rebuilding the Tennessee franchise by becoming their franchise player. A new Memphis debut.

  • 3me CHOIX : RJ BARRETT (NEW-YORK KNICKS)

The future of the Knicks is entrusted to the other phenomenon of Duke, RJ Barrett ! The Canadian will have to prove why he was announced as the future number 1 of the draft before playing in NCAA. No one knows if superstars will join him in July, but for now, he’s the face of New York.

  • 4th choice: DE’ANDRE HUNTER (ATLANTA HAWKS)

It’s a surprise. With their 4th choice freshly acquired in the evening, the Hawks choose the NCAA champion of Virginia, De’Andre Hunter. If his qualities of two-way player are undeniable, some consider that Jarrett Culver and Cameron Reddish will be better players. Hunter must now prove otherwise on the ground.

  • 5me choix : darius garland (CLEVELAND CAVALIERS)

Another surprise, much bigger! While they already have Colin Sexton this position, the Cavs decide to overload the leader position by choosing Darius Garland from Vanderbilt. This quick and skillful point guard has only played 5 NCAA games, and it’s a risky gamble for Cleveland.

  • 6me choix : jarrett culver (minnesota timberwolves)

With their 6th choice freshly acquired from Phoenix in the evening, the Wolves choose Jarrett Culver ! It is an excellent choice for them who probably do not hope to recover such a good player by approaching this draft. Minnesota applies the logic of the best player available with this choice

  • 7me choix : COBY WHITE (CHICAGO BULLS)

Like many mock drafts announced, the Bulls are turning to Coby White. The leader of North Carolina will find himself in the young squad of Chicago to develop. If a veteran point guard arrives in July, he will probably have a role of 6th man.

  • 8me choix : JAXSON HAYES (NEW ORLEANS PELICANS)

Zion Williamson dreamed of it, the Pelicans didn’t do it! Number 1 wanted to find Duke’s teammate in his new team Cam Reddish, but the Pelicans preferred the pivot Jaxson Hayes to strengthen their racket. A strange choice …

  • 9me choix: rui hachimura (washington wizards)

Rescue Doumbouya had been announced this choice, but it will not be! Wizards choose general surprise Rui Hachimura, Gonzaga’s Japanese announced much lower in this Draft. Apparently, Doumbouya, and especially Cam Reddish did not interest them!

  • 10me choix : CAM REDDISH (atlanta hawks)

It was unexpected, but the Hawks did indeed get De’Andre Hunter and Cam Reddish in the same evening! This is great news for their future as Atlanta has captured two of the best wingers in this draft.

  • 11me choix : CAMERON JOHNSON (PHOENIX SUNS)

Very bad choice of the Suns in 11th place. Phoenix turns to Cameron Johnson, a winger who does not seem really suited to the needs of the team despite his good shoot. Sekou Doumbouya was available …

  • 12me choix : PJ WASHINGTON (CHARLOTTE HORNETS)

In a workforce lacking talent, the Hornets nevertheless wanted to choose a confirmed player. PJ Washington of Kentucky arrives at the Hornets with the ambition to improve the Post 4. Its potential seems however limited for a team which could lose its only star in 10 days.

  • 13me CHOIX :  tyler herro (miami heat)

For this lucky number from the back like Kobe Bryant, Devin Booker and Donovan Mitchell, the Heat understood that it was necessary to choose a station 2. They select the back of Kentucky (as Booker) Tyler Herro. He will become a franchise player seen the names passed before him.

  • 14me choix : romeo langford (boston celtics)

The Indiana child arrives in the franchise that has just swept his city of hearts. No matter, Romeo Langford will have Boston a perfect environment to develop, and could even hope to take the place of holder on station 2 if the connection works.

  • 15TH CHOICE: DOUMBOUYA RESCUE (PISTON DETROIT)

Falling much lower than expected, our French prospect will finally play for the Pistons. Without lying, we are quite worried about his early career with the competition he will find on the wings. A very toxic environment, courage Sekou …

  • 16me CHOIX: ECONOMIC ECONOMY (orlando magic)

An amazing choice for Orlando when we know that Nassir Little, Kevin Porter Jr or Keldon Johnson are still available. But Chuma Okeke will bring a lot to them. Finally, we wish them, we don’t know him.

  • 17me CHOIX : nICKEIL ALEXANDER-walker (NEW ORLEANS PELICANS)

We repeat ourselves, but there was perhaps better to do for the Zion band here too. Nickeil Alexander-Walker is however a combo guard which will perfectly complement the duo Lonzo Ball-Jrue Holiday as a 6th man. Still a lot of potential in this choice.

  • 18th choice: Goga bitadze (indiana pacers)

We do not understand anything. While the Pacers already have Domantas Sabonis and Myles Turner in their racket, they turn to the Gorgien pivot Goga Bitadze. Meanwhile, Nassir Little is still sitting in his chair.

  • 19th CHOICE: luka samanic (san antonio spurs)

Spurs make Spurs by taking the best European still available. Nassir Little, Kevin Porter Jr, Bol Bol, Brandon Clarke and Keldon Johnson are all Ping-Pong players, didn’t we tell you?

  • 20th choice: matisse thybulle (philadelphia sixers)

The Sixers collect the Celtics’ choice and send their 24 and 33 Boton choices. They still leave many high potential players to select a winger with confirmed talent, but with uncertain potential.

  • 21me choix : BRANDON CLARKE (memphis grizzlies)

It is a real steal that the Grizzlies make with the choice of Thunder! They get one of Gonzaga’s best players announced in the Top 12 before the Draft. This strong winger as good defensively as offensively will bring a lot to this young squad.

  • 22me choix : grant williams (boston celtics)

Second choice of Celtics in this draft and here too, felt the good move! Grant Wiliams of Tennessee is already an incredible athlete with indisputable defensive qualities. We think it will fit perfectly into the basketball culture of Brad Stevens.

  • 23me choix : DARIUS BAZLEY (oklahoma city thunder)

Yes, the Thunder just said no Bol Bol, Nassir Little, Keldon Johsnon and Kevin Porter Jr.

  • 24th choice: TY JEROME (BOSTON CELTICS)

The Celtics have transferred this choice with Aron Baynes against the future first draft choice of the Suns 2020. More details can be found in our article on this subject.

  • 25me choix : NASSIR LITTLE (portland trail blazers)

Finally ! The wait was endless for the North Carolina prospect expected close to the Top 10. This is THE steal of the draft for the Blazers.

  • 26me choix : Dylan windler (cleveland cavaliers)

He’s red, he’s playing basketball. That’s it for us.

  • 27th choice: MFIONDU KABENGELE (los angeles clippers)

He is the nephew of Dikembe Mutombo.

  • 28me choix : jordan poole (golden state warriors)

Not cool to choose Poole when Bol Bol, Kevin Porter Jr and Keldon Johnson are still available

  • 29th choice: keldon johnson (SAN ANTONIO SPURS)

EXCELLENT CHOICE OF SPURS! Johnson was expected in the Top 15 and it is a miracle to draft this position. This two-way player from Kentucky can immediately become a rotation player, he is NBA ready .;

  • 30th choice: kevin porter jr (cleveland cavaliers)

The Cavs have just released 4 second draft rounds for this choice, they understood that the century affair was available. By taking Kevin Porter Jr, they get an expected player in the Top 15. This makes them a third talent on the outside posts which plays for him like Garland and Sexton. Very complementary to everything.

  • 31st CHOICE: NICOLAS CLAXTON (BROOKLYN NETS)
  • 32me choix: KZ OKPALA (MIAMI HEAT)
  • 33me choix : CARSEN EDWARDS (boston celtics)

Excellent choice of Celtics! Carsen Edwards could well become the new Isaiah Thomas, given the talent of this small leader who seems to be a standard.

  • 34me choix: BRUNO FERNANDO (ATLANTA HAWKS)

An Angolan hub with very big potential. Very good choice of Hawks for their young team.

  • 35me choix: MARCOS LOUZADA SILVA (NEW ORLEANS PELICANS)

A funny name.

  • 36me choix : cody martin (charlotte hornets)
  • 37th choice: deividas sirvydis (DETROIT PISTONS)

It took 15 minutes to type his name correctly.

  • 38th CHOICE: DANIEL GAFFORD (chicago bulls)

Another pivot that leaves before Bol Bol, the nightmare continues.

  • 39me choix : ALEN SMAILAGIC (NEW ORLEANS PELICANS)
  • 40me choix : JUSTIN JAMES (sacramento kings)
  • 41me choix : ERIC PASCHALL (golden state warriors)
  • 42me choix : admiral schofiels (philadelpha sixers)

The Tennessee winger is finally sent to Washington with Jonathon Simmons. More details can be found in our article on this subject.

  • 43me choix : jaylen nowell (minnesota timberwolves)
  • 44th choice: BOL BOL (denver nuggets)

Finally ! After an endless and unexpected wait, Bol Bol had to wait for 44th place to be chosen when he was announced in the Top 20. It was the huge surprise of the night.

  • 45ME CHOIX : ISaiah roby (Dallas mavericks)
  • 46ME CHOIX : talen horton-tucker (los angeles lakers)
  • 47ME CHOIX : Ignas brazdeikis (new york knicks)
  • 48ME CHOICE: terance mann (los angeles clippers)
  • 49ME CHOIX : quinndary weatherspoon (san antonio spurS)
  • 50ME CHOIX : jarrell brantley (utah jazz)
  • 51ME CHOIX : TREMONT waters (boston celticS)
  • 52ME CHOIX : JALEN Mcdaniels (charlotte hornetS)
  • 53ME CHOIX : justin wright-foreman (utah jazz)
  • 54ME CHOIX : marial shayok (phildelphie sixerS)
  • 55ME CHOIX : kyle guy (new york knickS)
  • 56ME CHOIX : jaylen hands (los angeles clipperS)
  • 57ME CHOICE: jordan bone (Detroit pistons)
  • 58ME CHOIX: miye oni (jazz jazz)
  • 59ME CHOICE: BOARD OF HERNANDEZ (TORONTO RAPTORS)
  • 60ME CHOIX : vanja marinkovic (sacramento kingS)
  • DARIO SARIC ENVOY at the suns

The Suns have decided to be very active this evening! They collect Dario Saric from the Minnesota Timberwolves, as well as choice 11 while sending choice 6 back to count. More details can be found in our article on this subject.

  • ATLANTA GOES BACK INTO THE TABLE

The Hawks wanted to get into this draft, it’s done. They recover the 4th choice of the Pelicans by copying the choices 8, 17 and 35 to New Orleans. More details can be found in our article on this subject.

  • TJ WARREN GOES TO THE PACERs

The first trade of the evening took place between the Suns and the Pacers. TJ Warren leaves Indiana, along with the Suns’ 32 pick for cash. More details can be found in our article on this subject.
