A California federal court has approved a peace settlement between CD Projekt RED and Cyberpunk 2077 investors who filed a lawsuit against the game company due to the game’s unsatisfactory quality.
The lawsuit, which was filed in US District Court in California, alleged that Cyberpunk 2077 was “unplayable” upon release and that investors suffered financial damages as a result of CD Projekt RED being forced to pay back many angry players. .
According to Law360Under the terms of the settlement, CD Projekt RED will pay $1.85 million to the group of investors, but reserves the right not to recognize specific charges in the lawsuit.
