“The company is saved”: Zenitude and Stella take over Réside Etudes Seniors

CONTACT WITH FIGARO – The commercial court of Paris, this Thursday, chose the joint offer submitted by the two groups to take over the Réside Etudes Seniors centers.

This is a relief for the 6,000 elderly residents in the 75 establishments Residence of Higher Education (RES), for their families, as well as employees. All of the group’s sites (under the Les Girandières and Palazzo brands) will be taken over, according to our information. The commercial court of Paris, this Thursday, chose the joint offer submitted by Zenitude and Stella Management to take over these centers with immediate use.

Réside Etudes Seniors, a subsidiary of Réside Etude that specializes in serviced residences (students, senior tourism), is heavily indebted and has been in receivership since last June. “The company is saved”says Thomas Lubrano, co-founder of Zenitude. The Strasbourg group, which already manages 46 serviced residences (tourism, students) has promised to take over 53 sites, and Stella Management, 22. All jobs are preserved. “1067 employees are taken over by Zenitude and 619 by Stella”Precise Zenitude.
