Over three quarters of all companies surveyed reported that their business situation was at least satisfactory or even good. The future is also more optimistic. A third of the companies are hiring staff, half still speak of a stable situation.
The Employers’ associations Ruhr / Westphalia but also emphasize again that the Corona valley was very deep. For the catching-up process, the development must now also be sustainable. In addition, the companies in and around Herne gain new confidence. Some of the companies invested again.
Over half are optimistic about the future. It is also gratifying that the majority of companies do not want to lay off any employees and a third even want to hire.
