The examination of this request may take several months. Vietnam’s trade office in Australia has put in place urgent measures to support Vietnamese businesses.
He informed Ho Quang Cua who had created these rice varieties about this business and worked with the management of T&L Global Food Supply. The body also sent necessary documents to the Australian Intellectual Protection Office justifying that ST24, ST25 rices were created by Ho Quang Cua and a group of Vietnamese scientists and these varieties have obtained protection certificate in Vietnam. The Vietnam Trade Office has hired a lawyer to prepare the next steps in accordance with the regulations of the Intellectual Property Office of Australia.
