Berlin. The comedy on Kurfürstendamm is celebrating its anniversary with a matinee and many prominent guests. The Morgenpost is giving away 10×2 tickets.
It is an institution of Berlin’s cultural life – and stands for a long history of great entertainment art: The Comedy on Kurfürstendammcurrently temporarily based in the Theater am Potsdamer Platz. The traditional house, founded in 1924 by Max Reinhardt on Kurfürstendamm and run by the Woelffer family since 1950, shows comedies, tabloid pieces, shows, concerts and, during the Christmas season, also plays for children. “Murder on the Orient Express” with Katharina Thalbach in the role of Hercule Poirot is one of the greatest successes of recent years.
