EVO 2022 has given us great moments through Granblue Fantasy Versus, Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate or Dragon Ball FighterZ competitions. It is precisely the title of Arc System Works the one that has left us a couple of really juicy news.
And it is that Bandai Namco has announced that the work will receive native versions for the new generation, that is, PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. As if that were not enough, one of the most desired features by the fighting communities will also be implemented, such as the rollback netcode.

However, there are still doubts to clear. We have not been able to see a single moment of Dragon Ball FighterZ in their new formats and no date specified for launch. Of course, we can use the PS4 and Xbox One versions to receive updates through Smart Delivery or a patch.
On the other hand, the arrival of the netcode rollback is another boost to the title’s trajectory, but we will only see it on PS5, Xbox Series and, of course, PC. In this way, much of the lag that can occur during online games is eliminated, bringing the multiplayer experience much closer to an offline fight.
Finally, Bandai Namco has revealed that this has been the end of character DLC, so we will not see new faces. Also, we will not have any new tweak patches for the game either, so the latest version is the final one.
