The intercepted conversations say that the occupiers placed their Grad installations near the correctional facility and began firing from them at the territory controlled by Ukraine, but no shelling was observed in response.

According to the SBU, a preliminary analysis of the video shows that such traces of the explosion on the walls could most likely have been left precisely because of the “internal source” of the explosion.
At the same time, it is noted that there is a lot of evidence that the Armed Forces of Ukraine did not launch rocket and artillery strikes on the area of the settlement of Yelenovka. The Ukrainian intelligence service notes that all statements by Russian propaganda about alleged shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine are “outright lies and provocations.”
