The man with the wheelbarrow, it’s him! He has walked around Tahiti several times with a wheelbarrow, to raise public awareness of the environmental cause. Today, it is the political world that he is attacking. He and his association were received by the President of the Country to make an inventory and proposals in the fight against global warming.
Among the proposals put forward:
“regulate our imports, promote food autonomy (80% of what we eat today comes from outside), change our modes of transport, switch to renewable energies but also quite simply consume less.”
And to remember that: “the deadline is short”.
