The co-owners of the cosmetics manufacturer “Madara Cosmetics” Uldis Iltner and Lote Tisenkopfa-Iltner registered the company SIA “Kalvi Capital”, according to information Lursoft.
The share capital of “Kalvi Capital” is 20,000 euros, and the company’s owners are Iltner and Tisenkopf-Iltner in equal shares.
The chairman of the board of the new company is Iltner, and Tisenkopf-Iltner is a member of the board.
The statutes of the company state that the purpose of the activity of “Kalvi Capital” is the activity of holding companies.
The turnover of the “Madara Cosmetics” concern in the first half of 2022 was 10.212 million euros, which is 3% more than in the corresponding period of 2021, but the profit of the concern decreased 2.4 times – to 840,489 euros.
The company was registered in 2006, and its share capital is 377,391.1 euros. The largest owners of “Madara Cosmetics” are Iltners (23.92%), Tisenkopfa-Iltnere (23.76%), Finnish “Transmeri Group Ab” (22.93%), Liene Drāzniece (6.79%) and Zane Tamane ( 6.35%).
“Madara Cosmetics” shares are listed on the “First North” alternative market of the “Nasdaq Riga” stock exchange.
