The CNTE demands that the election be reinstated in section 9

They pointed out that the SNTE issued the call on May 23, 2023, which specified that the nomination of candidates would be by form and the request would be delivered to the National Electoral Committee within three days of its publication. Given this, the lawsuit states that they imposed deadlines that clearly make it impossible to build a competitive form that would cover the requirements of the same call.
