As part of the verification of the internal and external debt of the State, the Presidency of the Republic has just instructed the taskforce to carry out an audit of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS). This mission, which begins in the coming days, comes a few weeks before the end of 2023, marking the end of the provisional period. The work team led by Pierre Duro, head of mission of the taskforce, contacted Christophe Eyi, provisional administrator, by correspondence on November 20, 2023, so that he could make available, within a week, management documents dated from the period ranging from 2018 to 2023.
These are the financial statements for the financial years concerned, validated budgets, certified reports from the auditors, audits and annual reports, operating expenses including supporting documents relating to the resolution of the Governance Committee, calls for tenders, contracts. invoices, payments, etc. Documents on investment projects, recruitment reports, hiring decisions and contracts in addition to CDD and internship reports are also part of this paperwork.
